We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. Please note that due to COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions in our distribution center, so orders may take longer than usual. Personalized items take 3 to 4 days to custom make your item. Shipping times vary based on the ship method you select at Checkout.

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard. We accept Paypal and Amazon Pay. 

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore, may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please call us as quickly as possible at  22 26 03 09

Usually, We do not offer on Weekends as a specific shipping option, but as we ship with different couriers, it is possible to receive deliveries on Saturday.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not completely in love with it, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. You may return all unused merchandise in its original packaging for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges).
