A high-protein, gluten-free brownie mix crafted from organic ingredients including date powder, buckwheat flour, pea and rice proteins, and peanut flour. Sweetened with erythritol and naturally rich in fiber and plant protein, it delivers a moist, chocolatey brownie that can be prepared with dairy or plant-based milk.

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 170 °C (convection) or 185–190 °C (conventional).

2. Lightly grease or line a 20 × 24 cm (max 22 × 26 cm) baking tray.

3. In a bowl, mix 60 ml oil, 250 ml milk (or plant-based drink) and the brownie mix until smooth.

4. Spread evenly in the tray and bake for 20–22 minutes.

5. Cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
