Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a medium baking dish (20 × 24 cm or max. 22 × 26 cm).
2. In a bowl, mix 120 ml oil or melted butter, 200 ml milk or plant-based drink, and the brownie mix until smooth.
3. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
4. Bake at 190–200°C for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160–170°C and bake for another 30–40 minutes.
5. Allow the brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
