Organic Mountain Tea is one of the most popular herbal teas in the Mediterranean region. It is made from carefully harvested organic Sideritis blossoms grown in Greece.

You can enjoy this herbal tea hot during the winter months. Alternatively, serve it cold as a refreshing drink in warmer weather. For extra flavour, add honey or lemon according to your preference.

Ingredients
Organic Sideritis blossoms.

Preparation

Place the blossoms into the filter provided inside the package. Next, add hot water at approximately 90°C. Cover the cup and leave the tea to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally, remove the filter and enjoy.

For a cold drink, repeat the same process using double the amount of blossoms. Then add ice cubes after brewing.
