Organic seeds and cereals are the main ingredients of Santiveri’s Organic Light Toasts, so on a nutritional level they would be equivalent to bread, that is, they are a food rich in slowly absorbed complex carbohydrates and low in fat. But it is their preparation that turns them into low-calorie and super crunchy toasts. And these Santiveri Organic Light Toasts are prepared by extruding the grains following the same process that we use when we prepare popcorn at home.
