Santiveri Bio Vegetable Soup Cubes 100g

Vegetable Broth Cubitos de Santiveri is a preparation based on dehydrated vegetables (onion, leek, carrot, tomato, cabbage, parsley).

Indication
The need in the field of dietetics for having a soup, similar to the traditional broth, but which was completely vegetable and at the same time differed as little as possible from the common soup with meat and vegetables, was well known. Today, thanks to advances in food technology, it is possible to have vegetable protein hydrolyzates with a flavor reminiscent of that of meat and its concentrates. This, together with the dehydrated vegetables in powder, allows us to obtain a soup in the form of tablets, which when boiled in hot water give a vegetable broth with a very pleasant flavor.

Intake mode
It is recommended to dissolve a tablet for every ½ liter of boiling water and you will obtain an exquisite broth. It can also be used to enhance other dishes.

May contain traces of lactose and gluten.
