This organic long grain rice features thin, elongated grains with a white, crystallized color. Less starchy and firmer than other rice varieties, it is perfect for pilau, spinach rice, and a variety of other dishes.

How to Use:

• For each part of rice, add 2–2½ parts water

• Boil for approximately 15 minutes
